Support for Lower Ninth Ward swamp grows

"The city, state and feds all want to see Bayou Bienvenue in the Lower Ninth Ward restored to the cypress-tupelo swamp it was before the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers built the MRGO channel in 1968. National Hurricane Center quiet after busy season, but focused on the future
